1. This service is provided with no warranty or guareentees of any kind and may completely cease without notice at the administrator's discretion.
2. Accounts maybe deleted or modified by an administrator as required, primarily for repossession of subdomains/email addresses or account abuse.
3. All activity is logged and tracked and maybe to passed on to relavent authorities if a situation meriting such action arises.
4. Donations whilst very much appreciated does not exempt the user from any term listed here in.
5. The forwarded site shall not contain any illegal, copyrighted or morally questionable content (this at the subjective opinion of an administrator).
6. The consent of the account holder for their email address and ip addresses to be stored electronically within a database table.
7. The forwarding email address shall not be used for the distribution of spam, nor should the forwarding url be advertised by the use of spam.
8. Accounts and all information held maybe be deleted at anytime by the user, however due to the distributed nature of the system should this process fail you can try again later or in such a case contact admin<at>0x2.org for assistance.

Accounts and tinyurls will be periodically checked for content.
